The MSP tiers turn NetTools into a monitoring product you run for your clients, under your own brand — flat price, cancel monthly, no per-technician seats.

Annual is two months free (€290 / €490). Both sit beside your RMM — NetTools is the interpretive monitoring layer, not a replacement for Atera/NinjaOne/Datto.

Workspaces

A workspace groups monitors and servers. They're typed:

Create and manage them from the ⚙ Workspaces control in the HEALTH tab, then assign monitors and servers with the workspace chip on each card. The HEALTH view filters by workspace, so you can look at one client at a time or the whole book.

Each customer workspace can publish a status page that is 100% yours:

Client reports

For each customer workspace you can generate a client-ready PDF report on demand (last 30 days): headline availability, per-service uptime with daily bars, domain-health posture in plain language, and server vitals — carrying your brand and logo, with no ABR mention. It's the proof-of-service document you forward to the client. Generate it from the workspace row in the ⚙ Workspaces dialog.

Getting the MSP plan

Pick MSP or MSP+ from pricing, or start on Premium and upgrade — everything in Premium is included. Billing is the same self-service Paddle flow as the other tiers (Plans & billing).
