Only test systems you own or are explicitly allowed to test. Paid plans are billed by Paddle and you can cancel anytime — you keep access until the period you paid for ends. The tools are provided as-is: use the results sensibly, and don't abuse the relay. That's most of it; the details follow.
01Who we are
ABR ("the Service") is an independent software studio operated by Majid Nassir, Bunsenstr. 34, 66123 Saarbrücken, Germany ("we", "us"). Contact: support@abr.cloud. Full provider details are in our Impressum.
02The Service
ABR builds network diagnostic and security-analysis tools. Our first product, NetTools, is available as a web app at nettools.abr.cloud and as native apps. Some tools run entirely on your device; others run through our cloud relay, which executes the diagnostic and streams the result back to you.
We may add, change, or remove individual tools over time as the product evolves. By using the Service you accept these terms.
03Your account
In short: keep your password safe — what happens under your account is on you.
Some features require a verified account. You must provide an accurate email address you can receive verification mail at. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at support@abr.cloud if you believe your account has been compromised.
Accounts are personal: one account per person, not shared between people or automated systems.
04Acceptable use
In short: only point the tools at systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test.
The Service exists for diagnosing and securing systems you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Unauthorized scanning or probing of third-party systems can be a criminal offence in Germany and elsewhere. You agree not to:
- scan, probe, enumerate, or test any host, network, or service without the owner's authorization;
- use the Service to harass anyone, or to attack, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system;
- circumvent rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or tier restrictions, or use the relay as a proxy for abuse;
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission;
- interfere with the Service itself — including probing or attacking our own infrastructure beyond what the tools are designed for.
We keep a short audit log of relay usage (account or IP, tool, target, timestamp) for abuse prevention, and we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Violations can lead to immediate suspension (see Termination).
05Fair use & rate limits
The cloud relay is a shared resource. We apply per-user and per-IP rate limits, and anonymous use of networked tools requires a quick CAPTCHA. Paid plans get priority capacity, but all plans remain subject to fair use: sustained automated bulk usage that degrades the Service for others isn't permitted. If you have a legitimate high-volume need, talk to us first.
06Plans, billing & renewals
In short: Paddle handles all payments; subscriptions renew until you cancel.
Paid plans (Pro, AI Premium) are described in the pricing section. Subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record: Paddle is the party you buy from, and it handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes (such as VAT).
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- If we change a plan's price, we'll notify you in advance; the new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Refunds and cancellation are covered in detail in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
07AI features
In short: AI explanations can be wrong — verify before acting, and don't analyse secrets.
AI analysis (part of AI Premium) sends the tool output you select to third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic and OpenAI) to generate a plain-language explanation. AI output is generated automatically and can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong — treat it as a starting point, not a verdict, and verify findings before acting on them.
Do not include passwords, API keys, or other secrets in content you submit for analysis. How analysed data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
08Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, and the ABR and NetTools names and marks — belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. The targets you enter and the diagnostic results you generate are yours to use; we claim no ownership of them.
09Availability & changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upstream outages, or abuse mitigation can cause temporary unavailability. We may modify or discontinue features; if we discontinue a paid feature you actively use, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund for the remainder of your period.
10Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing support@abr.cloud. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — in serious cases (such as attacks on third parties or on our infrastructure) with immediate effect and without prior notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. liability, governing law) survive it.
11No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Diagnostic results are informational: networks are complex, upstream data sources can be stale, and a clean result is not proof that a system is secure. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for security decisions.
12Limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten — obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely), and only up to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract.
We are not liable for damage resulting from your own misuse of the Service, including use against systems you were not authorized to test. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and account holders will be notified by email where the change significantly affects them. If you continue using the Service after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
14Governing law & venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where permitted, the venue is Saarbrücken. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence remain unaffected. If a provision of these terms is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
