Not happy? Tell us within 14 days of any charge — first purchase or renewal — and we refund it. No questions asked.

01Cancelling

In short: cancel anytime; you keep what you paid for.

Cancel any time — from your account, or via the link in the receipt Paddle emails you after every charge. When you cancel, your plan simply stops renewing: you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing further is charged. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.

02Refunds

If you're not happy with a purchase, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to first-time purchases and renewals. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method; depending on your bank it typically arrives within 5–10 business days.

Outside the 14-day window, refunds are at our discretion — but if something went wrong on our side (for example a prolonged outage), write to us and we'll be fair about it.

03EU right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. Where you ask us to begin providing the service immediately, that statutory right can lapse once provision has begun — but our own 14-day refund above is offered regardless, as goodwill, so in practice you are never worse off than the statutory minimum.

04How to request a refund

  1. Email support@abr.cloud from (or mentioning) the address you purchased with.
  2. Include the receipt number from Paddle's email if you have it handy — it speeds things up, but isn't required.
  3. We confirm and trigger the refund through Paddle. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

05Common questions

I forgot to cancel and was charged for a renewal.
That's covered: renewals fall under the same 14-day no-questions-asked window. Email us and we'll refund it.

Can I switch between Pro and AI Premium?
Yes — change plans anytime. Billing for the change is handled through Paddle; if anything about the proration looks off, contact us and we'll sort out the difference.

Does the free tier need cancelling?
No. The free tier has no payment data and never converts to a paid plan on its own — nothing to cancel.

What happens to my account after a refund?
Your account stays; it just drops back to the free tier. You can re-subscribe whenever you like.
