NetTools has a genuinely useful free tier and simple paid plans. No plan gates the diagnostic tools behind a paywall — you pay for scale (more monitors, faster checks, longer history), the full active toolset, AI, and the MSP features.

Free trials — no card
Try the paid tiers with no card on file: Pro free for 1 week, AI Premium free for 3 days. Nothing is charged — when the trial ends, the account simply drops back to Free. One trial per account. Start it from the upgrade dialog in the app.
How billing works
Subscriptions are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record — they process the payment and handle EU VAT and invoicing. Prices are in EUR and include any applicable VAT.
- Manage everything yourself in the customer portal: payment method, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation.
- Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Annual is 2 months free. On a monthly plan you'll occasionally see a gentle in-app nudge to switch to annual; switching is proration-safe (never a double charge).
AI usage (Premium)
AI ANALYZE and the Investigate agent are funded by us against a generous monthly fair-use allowance. Heavy automated use beyond it pauses until the next cycle so the service stays fast for everyone — normal interactive use won't hit it.
